Pettsgrove Care Home opened its doors in 1996. It is a suburban six bedroom detached house situated in North Wembley. It offers high quality residential accommodation where individuals are encouraged to relax, and recreate at their leisure.
All our communal area facilities include Colour TV, Hi-Fi. CD Player, Settee, Chairs and Dining Area
College Road Care Home
College Road Care Home opened its doors in 1994. It is a spacious three bedroom semi-detached residence, situated in Wembley. The relaxed atmosphere at College Road Home is noticeable to all who visit.
College Road Home is fully equipped with a kitchen, dining room, upstairs bathroom, downstairs shower room and a spacious living room. The home currently has 2 available comfortable bedrooms which are fully furnished for service users who suffer from moderate to severe Learning Disability. At the moment, the home caters for a male service user who is 65 years of age.
The home also has a spacious back garden where service users can have BBQ, birthday parties and eat outside during the summer months.
College Road home is close to local amenities such as underground station. Bus stops, local shops and also close to Harrow & Wembley Shopping Centres. The home is also situated near to a local park where service users can go for walks and enjoy the beautiful scenery.
College Road Home has all necessary permits to operate, and all records of inspections from the Care Quality Commission which regulates the care industry are available.

SFI Care Home provides culturally, sensitive Residential Care for both male and female adults with learning disabilities. Creating a "home from home" atmosphere.
SFI Care Home will support you to choose to design your own room and to influence decisions made within your own home. We will encourage you to choose the activities that you would like to participate in.
We provide accommodation based support, group support and also more intensive support such as 1:1 and 2:1 support for moderate to severe learning disabilities.
Our intensive support package includes support for people with learning disabilities who have: a physical disability; an autism spectrum disorder; and who display challenging behaviour.
We provide support to our service users on their pathway in life from a Residential Setting to Pre-independent Living to Supported Living to living in their own home.
